At Adventures in Counseling, I offer a space where you can step out of survival mode and begin to understand what you’ve been carrying. This is a place where your experiences are taken seriously, your story is respected, and your healing is the focus. 

What would it feel like to finally slow down and process what you’ve been through? To make sense of your emotions instead of feeling controlled by them? To move forward without the same weight following you?

My work focuses on helping women navigate trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also specialize in supporting those facing infertility and postpartum depression/anxiety, experiences that are often deeply personal, isolating, and difficult to put into words.

Whether your pain comes from something recent or something long ago, it matters. 

I am trained in both EMDR Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), approaches that help process difficult experiences so they no longer hold the same emotional intensity. Therapy here is not passive you won’t feel like you’re talking to a wall. We work together in a way that is intentional, engaging, and focused on real progress.

Clients often come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and leave with greater clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction.
